I needed to remove/delete all files and folders on “C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files”

The failure occurs even if you have plenty of space on the C: Drive and the shadow storage is set to NO LIMIT.
